What is Misfit Isle anyhow? Great question. Let's explore that together shall we.. Misfit Isle represents the cumulative and ever-expanding imagination of the artist "Misfit" (more on him later). It is an invitation into the therapeutic journey that his art represents as featured in his hand-drawn 2D and pixel art as well as cataloging his participation in other DAOs and collection work. Music will also represent a significant portion of the imprint he intends to make in the space. Apart from community, the isle is quite the lonely place. Therefore this site represents a gateway into those willing to explore, commune, and grow together in their love of art and genuine fellowship in the

Web3 NFT space.

About Me

Hi, my real name is Adam Lohrbach. I'm a husband, a father of 3 boys, a pastor, a musician, a graphic artist, (18 years) and an active NFT artist (since January of 2022) focusing on building a trustworthy reputation in the Solana space and providing quality art that inspires.

I currently do commissioned collection work and 1/1s for various projects but also want to more intentionally build a brand that connects my heart and passion for art more closely with those who want to enjoy it with me.

As a fully doxxed artist, you can have confidence that I will do my best to provide quality hand-drawn art and pixel art for decades to come. It is my goal to journey alongside the castaways that find themselves on Misfit Isle with integrity, clear and consistent communication, and agreed upon expectations in all communal endeavors. As a degen, I will treat my fellow degens with the respect they deserve.

Dark Skellies

Dark Skellies is a robust collection that was birthed from two derugged projects, Skellies DAO and Dark Warlocks. A 2D rendering of these 2 pixel collections combined into one was needed to save both communities, offer something new to raise funds for the DAO, and honor the traits found in both collections.
The collection would later feature a trait store to swap out newer traits, and a secondary chalk-style collection for holders, and multiple raffle campaigns.

Hooded Misfits

The Inverted

The Inverted is a collection yet to be released on ETH. The client was looking to "turn the nft space upside down" with these cute lil' sloths. Great attention to detail was made with bold pastel coloration to catch the eye. This collection has been paused in the bear market and founder is waiting for an opportune time to launch.

A whimsical, chalk-style collection in collaboration with DogDAO, a subDAO of ABC. This was a free drop for holders that featured staking bonuses.

In the digital ocean of cryptocurrencies, a cyborg shark with a light sword sought deals to secure the financial future of its family. With virtual battle scars, it showed that, just as in the physical world, its focus was on the well-being of its own. Amid codes and transactions, it forged a path to financial stability in the vast decentralized ocean of virtual currencies.
